About You: 5 years exp of demonstrated success in a general recruiting role; experience in sales, customer success, and campus recruiting is a plus.Capable of influencing and implementing strategies with senior management.Skilled in strategising and prioritising the requirements and needs of different departments.Highly self-aware and considerate in all interactions, both internally and externally.Uses market insights and data analytics to guide the recruitment process.Possesses a natural urgency and resilience, thriving in a fast-paced setting.At Appian, You Will: Manage the entire candidate lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, including interviewing, negotiation, and closure.Enhance Appian's brand recognition locally and globally.Act as a strategic advisor to department heads, aligning talent acquisition strategies with organisational needs.Continuously refine and improve our interviewing processes and best practices.Gain a deep understanding of Appian's business strategy and its competitive landscape in the market.
