About Cbus
Created by workers, for workers, Cbus Super is one of Australia's most successful Superannuation funds. For almost four decades we've proudly represented those who help shape Australia, hard-working individuals who deserve to make the most of their retirement, no matter the industry. As an award-winning fund we've been recognised for the benefits provided to our members and our innovative investment approach. All while staying committed to our member first ethos as a proud Industry Fund.
About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) to join our small but supportive team, on an initial 6-month engagement. You will be passionate about making a positive impact on people and take pride in how you do it. Working as part of a highly engaged talent team, you'll attract the best candidates to come and work for Cbus.
This role will see you collaborate with a range of stakeholders in your direct team, the broader People function and key business units to assist in developing the right recruitment strategies that deliver exceptional people and business outcomes. Being a true business partnering role, you'll utilise your prior experience in an inhouse recruitment team creating and fostering business relationships, consulting and providing market insights to your stakeholders, to deliver on their hiring needs.
This role provides a high level of service to Hiring Managers end-to-end, providing support from initial role briefings, discussing go to market strategies, writing and posting job adverts, screening candidates, coordinating, and running interviews - all the way through to conducting background checks and finalising offer documentation.
Our key focus as the Talent team is to deliver and continually develop a 'best in class' candidate and hiring manager experience, to ensure we represent the Cbus brand in a positive manner that best demonstrates our core values.
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role you'll have proven end to end recruitment experience, ideally in a generalist inhouse environment, recruiting roles across multiple business areas and professions. You'll have had experience delivering a high level of service, assisting and advising hiring managers through the recruitment process, whilst utilising and maximising applicant tracking systems (JobAdder preferred). You excel at and have demonstrated experience in sourcing niche talent across your networks, across indirect and direct sourcing methods, all whilst managing our recruitment agency partners, to attract the best talent. You have an eye for detail and enjoy working as part of a cohesive team in a fast-paced environment, where each day is different and an opportunity to make a real difference.
Belong at Cbus
We value difference, and embrace people with diverse backgrounds, experiences, gender identities, abilities and thinking styles. We believe that, with diversity of perspectives and experiences, you get better teams and outcomes. We're looking for people of all genders, races, nationalities, orientations and of all abilities to join us.
We're keen to hear from you
If you've read through the requirements of this role and you feel like you haven't fully met the criteria, we would still encourage you to apply. We're aware of accessibility barriers when it comes to applying for a job and we want to help. If you require assistance with your application, please contact our Talent Acquisition Team via ******.
Applications Close: 21st November 2024 (interviews may commence sooner)
This is a 6 Month Contract position based in Melbourne.
