Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition , you will deliver the end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across the business and play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

Role Responsibilities As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will w or k closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop and execut e methods of attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring top professional talent for the organization. The TAP manages the full-cycle recruitment process including preparing and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, coordinating the interview process, and presenting offers . The TAP is expected to meet hiring goals, maintain a robust pipeline of interested and qualified applicants, and contribute to various talent acquisition projects as assigned. You ' ll need to be experienced in working with process, systems (HRIS & ATS) and metrics (including reporting) to deliver expected outcomes. As part of the Global Talent Acquisition team , you'll be offer ed plenty of opportunit ies to be involved in other projects. Must be a dapt able to new workflows and processes with the ability to work in ambiguity to resolve issues .  This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of $105,000 plus superannuation.
To succeed in this role, you should have: 
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience managing full life cycle requisitions.
Demonstrated experience recruiting and hiring IT and professionals at the individual contributor level up to the executive level (VP/SVP)
Strong consulting, negotiation, and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in working with PC applications, online recruitment, and applicant tracking systems.
Detail oriented and self-sufficient
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and accommodate multiple internal clients.
Experience in using WorkDay and DayForce would be an advantage.
