Every voice matters, and every idea has the potential to be impactful.What will you be doing?Working alongside the Talent Acquisition Lead you play a vital role in attracting and acquiring top talent, with the main focus being hiring for roles within Australia but also providing support to our overseas teams in peak times within the UK and Canada. You'll partner with hiring managers across departments, delving deep to understand their specific needs. Collectively, you'll craft targeted recruitment strategies that attract high-performing candidates and develop compelling job descriptions that showcase Jumbo Interactive's unique employer value proposition. We have a multi-faceted approach to talent acquisition. You'll use online platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify and attract high-potential candidates. As an expert in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), you'll streamline the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from the first interaction. This includes initiating outreach, managing interview scheduling, and providing clear communication throughout the process. You'll also develop and put in place strategies to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment journey that leaves a lasting impact on all candidates.Who are we looking for?We're looking for someone who has consistently exceeded expectations in attracting and acquiring top talent, whether in-house or through agency experience. You have a deep knowledge of the recruitment life cycle and best practices, with the ability to implement innovative strategies to optimise our hiring process. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are key! You'll build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers, People & Culture) and external partners (agencies, candidates). Additionally, you can take ownership, prioritise tasks effectively and manage many projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail. You can also bring:A background working in the technology industry is a plus!Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Jobadder) and other relevant technologies (LinkedIn Recruiter) will allow you to hit the ground running.At Jumbo Interactive, we're passionate about building a diverse and inclusive workforce. Salary:Up to $80,000 - $100,000+Super depending on experience. This role is a 12-month fixed-term position with the possibility to go permanent and immediate start available.
