Job Description Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. Additionally, your strong administrative and policy skills will be essential in maintaining compliance and supporting HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.Collaborate with hiring managers and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. The Successful Applicant Proven experience in talent acquisition.Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.In-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
