The Opportunity:We are currently in the process of appointing a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Recruitment Team in Adelaide.In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in delivering top-tier recruitment services to Tasmea subsidiary businesses through our innovative Shared Services model.
Our National Recruitment Team holds a crucial position within the broader Tasmea Recruitment function, contributing significantly to the success of our subsidiary businesses.
This newly established role is positioned within a close-knit team of dedicated professionals.
It presents a unique opportunity to foster strong collaborative relationships with on-site teams, thereby enhancing the quality and impact of the support provided.
Tasks and responsibilities may include:Provide operational talent acquisition strategies to build active and passive talent pools.Work collaboratively within the national recruitment team and site hiring managers to source, screen and assess candidates, who match our valued team culture in the field.Work with the mobilisation team to ensure pre-employment compliance.Report on recruitment stats, live vacancies, and mobilization activities.The successful applicant will have:3 – 5 years' experience in recruiting for craft trades within the mining resources sector.In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, with experience in assessment centers highly regarded.Experience in proactively sourcing candidates, ensuring a quality recruitment outcome for both the applicant and the business.Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.Qualification in Human Resources is an advantage.The Benefits:Fantastic Salary and career opportunities.Laptop & mobile phone provided.Onsite parking.Excellent Company Culture.How to apply:Please click on the
