We are committed to providing reliable, fast, flexible and bespoke services for our customers as well as the many well-known brands we partner with, such as travel agencies, airlines, banks and major sporting clubs!We are committed to delivering an exceptional service for our customers and we want you to be part of that journey.So, what's the job?You'll lead our Talent Acquisition team to deliver on recruitment requirements across ANZ.You'll partner with hiring leaders to manage recruitment for senior hires directly.You'll partner with hiring managers to formulate and deliver a national, or sometimes international, recruitment strategy to meet recruitment needs and attract the best talent.You'll provide a premium recruitment experience for both hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and candidates.You will be a trusted advisor providing feedback on market conditions and recruitment best practice.You'll own recruitment training and branding initiatives for ANZ.You'll work to improve existing recruitment processes across ANZ, developing new and innovative strategies for sourcing future talent.And what are we looking for?You'll have prior experience managing full-cycle recruitment, with experience in a regional or multi-location role.You'll have experience leading a recruitment team, ideally within a remote, multi-location or hybrid work environment.You'll be confident working with senior stakeholders and comfortable navigating organisational dynamics.You'll bring a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and make data-informed decisions.You'll have experience or the desire to leverage existing and emerging technologies to drive recruitment efforts.You'll be comfortable working autonomously, and confident making decisions without manager oversight.So, why choose us?We value optimism, caring, togetherness, reliability and determination.We have more than 1500 employees worldwide: we're a global group of digital specialists, actuaries, marketers, doctors, nurses, case managers, claims specialists, finance experts and customer service professionals.
