ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for dynamic and motivated TA Partner to join our expanding team in Sydney, Australia.
You will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent to support our continued growth.
You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand our hiring needs, proactively source candidates, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles across the business.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a brand ambassador and manage multiple vacancies across various Corporate Functions at Xe, which is focused on delivering a world-class candidate experience, enabling the business to hire the very best talent in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Partner and consult with hiring managers to support their current and future hiring needs whilst building their capability to interview and assess potential hires.
Facilitate vacancy requirement briefings with hiring managers to enable the building of effective job descriptions and candidate profiles.
Identify the most suitable recruitment methods for each vacancy (e.g.
head-hunting, LinkedIn search, direct advertising, job-boards and/or agencies).
Actively look to identify new ways to improve our recruitment and selection tools and systems, which may include building relationships with third parties.
Conduct candidate screening for short-listing (e.g.
phone interviews and face to face interviews).
Talent mapping, benchmarking and pipeline management, whilst regularly updating hiring managers and Head of Talent Acquisition on progress with vacancies and flagging risks.
For selected senior appointments, perform external talent mapping / research and approach target candidates (headhunting).
Drive the offer management process, including negotiating and closing candidates and completion of pre-employment screening.
Collaborate with the People team and hiring managers to co-ordinate new starter inductions and other cross-functional requests.
In conjunction with the People Systems Analyst, produces reporting to measure the performance of recruitment activities (e.g.
cost per hire, time per hire, direct/agency cost spend, effectiveness of sourcing channels).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for various roles.
Proficiency in Human Resources systems, eg: Workable, Jobvite, Oracle, HiBob, ADP.
Expert level with recruitment sourcing software: LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field.
