Let's talk about the role: We have multiple openings (12 month fixed term contracts) for a TA Partner with an innate ability to source, attract and hire top quality talents for various business verticals within the APAC region.
You will manage the talent acquisition process throughout the job lifecycle from role briefing through to offer stages.
Besides having strong people skills, you will be the key link to People business partners, centre of excellence (COEs), People experience team members, business stakeholders and candidates.
You are responsible for the talent acquisition function for the business you are managing and own the following aspects of:
Talent Acquisition & Project management Design and develop talent attraction and sourcing strategies.
Perform talent market mapping exercises to help with recruitment challenges, understanding the talent landscape and anticipation of future talent needs.
Identify and build effective key partnerships as required with recruitment agencies to support the overall recruitment strategies.
Design pre-screening assessments and interview framework.
Perform phone/video screenings and/or in-person interviews.
Engage with active and passive talents and connect them to job opportunities.
Ensure diverse, inclusive, and equitable hiring practices.
Participate in global/regional talent acquisition projects and process-improvement initiatives.
Talent Advisory and metrics Lead recruitment strategy meeting (RSM) and partner with hiring managers to develop talent attraction and sourcing strategies to meet the current and future business needs including building talent pools.
Provide talent advisory to business stakeholders, employees, and people team members.
Work closely with business stakeholders to influence effective recruiting approaches and manage expectations such as time-to-fill, market compensation benchmark, internal equity, candidate pool quality and talent market insights.
Communicate with interview panels to ensure preparedness and alignment on interview assessment framework.
Manage the recruitment process and systems, ensuring up-to-date information is available and provided via effective reporting and analytics.
Track and report on talent acquisition metrics, such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire, etc.
Employer Branding and Candidate Management Initiate conversations and collaborate with the Employer Branding team to build awareness and promote recruiting efforts through social media or recruiting channels.
Build and maintain positive relationships with external agencies, colleges, vendors and associations.
Develop effective talent attraction strategies.
Create a positive experience for ResMed applicants and provide them with timely updates.
Drive a culture of exceptional candidate care throughout the talent acquisition process.
Advise upon and manage employment branding, both internally and externally.
Let's talk about you: Min Tertiary qualification in HR/Business or a relevant discipline with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a recruiter, ideally both in agency and in-house.
Experience in Retail, Manufacturing, Tech or High-Volume recruitment.
Experience in Singapore, Australia and Malaysia market (at least 2 out of 3) Experienced in leading creative volume recruitment campaigns.
High level behavioural-based interviewing and assessment skills.
Experience in researching, developing, and implementing new candidate sourcing and search methods for both passive and active candidates.
Track record in building relationships with internal stakeholders and managing stakeholder expectations whilst maintaining consistency and integrity of processes across all business units.
