Based at our Head Office in East Maitland, this is a hands-on role focused on efficiently sourcing and placing the right talent to meet business needs.
You will handle end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring roles are filled quickly and effectively, and work closely with Hiring Managers to support immediate workforce requirements.
This position also offers opportunities to contribute to process improvements and assist with administrative tasks related to talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding and talent poolingSource and screen candidates to ensure they meet role requirements (predominantly Dental Assistants and Centre Leadership)Maintain accurate recruitment records and reportingSupport Hiring Managers with workforce planning and recruitment needsAssist with recruitment marketing efforts and general administrationAbout YouWe're looking for a recruiter who is detail-oriented, efficient, and results-driven.
You'll excel in a fast-paced environment and confidently manage high-volume recruitment with ease.
Your ability to build strong relationships with our hiring managers will be key, as you take the time to understand their needs and the unique nuances of each centre along the way.
