About Us Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the 'Courts Group'.

As an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll be responsible for coordinating administrative functions, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing fast-paced tasks. Key Responsibilities Provide a customer-focused service to candidates and hiring managers, responding promptly to queries.Provide administrative support for the delivery of recruitment activities.Coordination of pre-employment screening i.e., VEVO and Criminal History checks.Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Springboard.Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all People Services information while accessing systems.About You Demonstrated experience within Human Resources administration or support roles ideally in a role with a data coordination and management focus.Exceptional administrative and communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or working towards) or equivalent experience (desirable).How to apply Join us at Courts Group and help shape the future of our team!
