As a proud not-for-profit organisation established in 1953, our organisation provides services to over 1,100 people across NSW & QLD and employs over 600 people.About the RoleMcLean Care are looking for a highly motivated person to join our Talent team on a part-time basis, (20 hours per week) for a six (6) month fixed-term contract. We are in the midst of exciting transformation, implementing new Talent Acquisition systems to streamline our processes and require a Talent Acquisition Officer who can pivot and provide the additional foundational support of administration and candidate management throughout this exciting change period.This role is a remote-based position with the support of advanced technology and collaborative team structure, you will work from home and still not feel alone - we stay connected! You will be provided with laptop and monitor so you have all the tools you need to work effectively.What will you be doing?You will support the Talent Acquisition team in a dual role that supports the administration of candidate assessment as well as the undertaking traditional talent functions including phone screens, schedule interviews and ensure compliance standards are met within the Aged Care Act.Facilitate quality screening techniques and uphold compliance standards in accordance with Aged Care Act.Maintain accurate records within e-Recruitment platform (Express) and current compliance database, whilst we transition into a new automated platform.Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Thrive in a fast-paced environment within a high performing and supportive team - we work together and nothing is impossible!About You:Previous recruitment experience minimum two (2) years'Demonstrated knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and selection processExcellent interpersonal skills, you love people right?Can-do attitude supporting the varied workload management across the team as directed by the Talent Acquisition LeadDemonstrated self-motivator, you work well in a team and get things done independentlyYou are a confident, positive and can-do attitude 'professional' in the world of Talent!Familiarity with VISAs will be a bonus!The salary package on offer is $75,000 (Pro-rata), PLUS super and additional benefits including:Salary packaging (up to $18,900 net) to increase your take home payAccess to Blue Light Card (Retail Discounts)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Corporate Health Insurance + more perks, see our careers pageTo be eligible to apply for this position you must be eligible to work in Australia, be willing to undertake a criminal record check and NDIS Check in accordance with the requirements of the Aged Care Act 1997.McLean Care is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of its staff and residents and provides a yearly immunisation program for staff.
