Reporting directly to the Regional Talent Acquisition Leader as well as being a key partner to the Regional People Partners.
Role will support regional partnering with the People Organisation and other Centres of Excellence to drive in region-priorities.

What the day will look like
Execution of sub-regional or solution line talent acquisition strategy partnering with People organization and business leaders. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will think "big picture" in guiding the talent strategy for the sub-region or solution line; focusing on talent capabilities and strengthening the Aon United Culture to drive long term sustainable growth. The role will report into the Regional Talent Acquisition Leader, forming part of the regional Talent Acquisition Leadership team as well as playing a key role in the Global Talent Acquisition strategy, and you will lead the team that supports hiring in the sub-regional/solution. In partnership with Aon's People Partners and People Organisation colleagues, this leader will be responsible for driving an Aon United sub-regional or solution line recruiting strategy across Risk Capital and Human Capital.
Your main responsibilities will include: Act as a business partner by providing thought leadership in strategizing recruitment, sourcing and employer branding activities.Identify, develop and successfully deliver client responsive, cost effective and measurable solutions to recruitment issues as and when they arise.Work in partnership with the People Organisation and business leaders to drive improved resource planning, understand the key recruitment issues and objectives, and proactively drive the recruitment agenda while co-developing innovative solutions to meet their current and future business needs.
