Develop a talent acquisition strategy that breaks traditional boundaries, tailored to attract quality candidates in today's competitive labour market.Build and manage talent pipelines for specialised roles, focusing on Education (Teachers), Corporate, Higher Education (Lecturers), Infrastructure, and Project Management.Champion Melbourne Polytechnic as an Employer of Choice by delivering innovative recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.Empower and upskill Hiring Managers in best-practice recruitment techniques.Lead and inspire a dedicated team of two direct reports while making a meaningful impact on our organisational growth.What You Bring You are a seasoned professional with:
