Position Overview: As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead a team to develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies tailored to the organisation's needs. You will provide strategic insights and advice on recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with our Employee Value Proposition and compliance requirements. Key areas will include growing the team's capability in partnering with hiring managers across the business, process optimisation and improving the overall candidate experience.

Your role will involve creating and promoting our employment brand in the market, driving diversity initiatives, and continuously improving the Talent Acquisition function. By fostering relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, you'll contribute to building a workforce that meets current and future demands.

What You Bring: You have proven experience in leading and building recruitment teams and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies that align with organisational goals. Your expertise in building strategic partnerships and providing market insights will be crucial in attracting and retaining top talent. You will be outcome-focused with an ability to quickly build trust with your team and peers to encourage collaborative relationships.

A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is essential, alongside a track record of successful recruitment initiatives that prioritise diversity and inclusion.
