Job Description The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for supporting a group of unique brands under MedHealth's Rehabilitation and Return to Work division including WorkFocus Australia, SIS Rehab, Total Workfit Solutions, Benchmark and Kairros.
With locations nationally this role offers the ability to work from anywhere in Australia.
The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for the implementation and delivery of talent acquisition strategies and will lead and develop a team of talent acquisition advisors to deliver best in market candidate experiences.
As the Lead, you value data and strive to continuously leverage digitalization, improve performance metrics and build value-added internal stakeholder relationships.
Supported by digitalization tools delivering efficiencies to remove the burden of administration, you enjoy contributing of external trends, workforce planning.
candidate sourcing strategy innovation, talent pooling and hiring leader training to ensure the business is recruiting best fit candidates in a timely, cost effective and professional manner.
Our Talent Acquisition Leaders lead from the front through the hands on delivery of end to end recruitment activities while supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver key talent initiatives including international campaigns, careers events and D&I.
Qualifications To be considered for the role of Talent Acquisition Lead, you will require: Proven experience leading a talent acquisition team Experience delivering recruitment solutions and practices that support workforce planning requirements.
Advanced skills in engaging talent through LinkedIN Recruiter, Seek Talent Search and Social Media Well-developed communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage several priorities.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactfully.
Attention to detail.
Flexible and adaptable to change.
