Are you a dynamic and results-driven talent acquisition professional looking for an opportunity to shape the growth of an industry-leading organisation? HBF is seeking a talented and strategic individual to join us as a Talent Acquisition Lead. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in securing top-tier talent to support our organisation's expansion and success.
About You
As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be a key driver in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support our business objectives. Your expertise in talent acquisition will enable you to build a robust candidate pipeline and foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders. By leading the Talent Acquisition team, you will ensure the seamless delivery of recruitment and onboarding services while managing preferred supplier relationships. Key duties will include the following:

• Lead employee value proposition (EVP) and attraction initiatives
• Advise and collaborate with business leaders on the implementation of sourcing strategies
• Support and guide leaders through recruitment and selection processes
• Oversee the Talent Acquisition budget, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Manage and maintain preferred supplier agreements, ensuring alignment with HBF processes and standards.
• Manage HBF's Talent Acquisition System - PageUp
• Establish and track key recruitment metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance the hiring process's effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, provide guidance on best practices, and influence candidate selection.
• Implement innovative sourcing techniques to identify high-potential candidates and conduct thorough interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Lead a small team, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
What we require from the right candidate
• Tertiary qualification in HRM or 5+ years' talent acquisition experience
• High level of interpersonal skills including oral and written communication
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to provide detailed guidance and advice to People Leaders and identify opportunities
• Ability to conduct and manage individual and bulk recruitment initiatives
• Ability to operate and navigate Recruitment or HR systems
