Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced talent acquisition specialist with a proven track record in recruiting blue-collar workers. In this role, you will lead our efforts to attract, assess, and onboard skilled individuals essential to our operations and growth. While recruitment will be your primary focus, you will also provide valuable support to our HR team, helping maintain a positive workplace culture and ensuring seamless HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract blue-collar talent, including technicians, tradespeople, and skilled laborers.Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with trade schools and industry associations.Conduct screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate and manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.Analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.Engage with employees regularly, providing guidance, addressing concerns, and ensuring their voices are heard.Assist in recruiting individuals who align with our company values and culture.Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring employees feel supported.Collaborate with the HR team to update policies and ensure company-wide alignment.Handle HR administrative tasks, including documentation management, meeting coordination, payroll, and event planning.Serve as a trusted resource for employees, offering support for HR-related questions.

Requirements:Proven experience in talent acquisition with a focus on blue-collar recruitment.Knowledge of best recruitment practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.Experience with HRIS and ATS systems for recruitment management.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
