About the Opportunity The Talent Acquisition role is a newly developed position with a focus on sourcing exceptional allied health talent. This position will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that will deliver on critical talent projects, development and management of talent communities and specific talent pools to proactively source for current and upcoming workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities: Work alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager to continually enhance and improve the attraction strategy for KEO CarePartner with management, gain an understanding of the business and organisation, including strategic workforce plans, to ensure recruitment advice and support provided meets business goals.Apply effective talent acquisition practices into areas of the business, such as harnessing branding, candidate attraction methods and screening methodologies.Develop Talent communities to reduce external advertising requirements and fast efficient recruitment processes.Review internal sourcing strategies for difficult to fill roles, and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager in succession planning activities.Regular communication with talent in the pipeline as well as building relationships with key stakeholders in the business.Communicating job details, and value proposition to interested allied health professionalsSet clear priorities and focus on the completion of tasks, in a timely mannerPost job advertisements on job boards Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn, University Career HubsPrepare weekly activity reports on statistics from our job boards, and LinkedInCoordinate interviews & reference checks with key stakeholdersResponsible for onboarding administration through Employment Hero (Software)Skills and Experience Significant talent attraction and recruitment experienceStrong and proven stakeholder management skills at all levelsProven experience in navigating multiple HR systems and management of talent poolsPrevious success in implementing recruitment campaignsExceptional communication skills and attention to detailAttention to detail, a data-driven approach and an analytical mindsetAn excellent work ethic, a desire for continued learning and drive to deliver best outcomesBe change ready, we are always looking for ways to improve and evolveThe perks of practicing at KEO Excellent Remuneration PackageAccess to professional development opportunities and career progression.Be part of a progressive, energetic and supportive teamEmployee assistance and wellbeing programsMonthly KEO Care Days - where we connect over breakfastSocial and professional get-togethers such as Movie Nights, Golf Days etc2 team building days a yearPaid parental leave for both primary and secondary carers12 personal health and wellbeing days – additional days off per year to focus on yourselfAccess to our Employee Assistance Program to care for your wellbeingFlexibility to work in a hybrid environment from home and office (located in Mill Park, Nunawading, Elsternwick or Carrum Downs)A competitive Salary on Offer + iPhone and Surface Pro + Annual reviewsHow to Apply: For further information or a confidential discussion about this role please put your resume forward with any questions or queries.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $119,610.44 per year
