Position Overview: Talent Acquisition & HR Support We are looking for a talented individual to join our HR Team, with a focus on recruiting and managing predominantly blue-collar workers.
Whether you're an experienced recruiter or a recent graduate eager to start a career in talent acquisition, this role offers an exciting opportunity to develop recruitment strategies, support HR functions, and contribute to our company's growth.
You'll be at the forefront of attracting and onboarding skilled talent while also assisting our HR team in maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create job descriptions. Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with trade schools. Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement. Engage with employees to address concerns and support their development. Assist in maintaining company culture and values through strategic hiring. Work with the HR team on onboarding, offboarding, and policy updates. Handle administrative HR tasks such as documentation, payroll, and meeting coordination. Requirements: A degree in HR, business, or a related field (experience in blue-collar recruitment is a plus but not required). Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
