About this Role: We have a 12-month term contract opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the team, with a mid-late January start. This role will incorporate both Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, enabling you to uplift our candidate experience. You will assist in managing various aspects of the recruitment process and gain exposure to a variety of projects such as events, training, employer-brand & recruitment marketing projects.
You will provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.You will support the team with their pre-employment and record keeping, such as criminal history checks, working with children checks, etc.You will manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the job offer to their first day, including preparing contracts, induction materials, and scheduling orientations.You will assist with recruitment projects by helping build talent pipelines, supporting process improvements, and contributing to various strategic recruitment initiatives.You will maintain accurate candidate records and manage recruitment reports, ensuring compliance with HR policies and best practices.You will partner with the TA Advisors in collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and support them in finding the best talent for the organisation.About You: You're a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, eager to expand your horizons and delve into the world of recruitment. Possess a Certificate IV in HR, Business, or relevant administrative discipline, or equivalent experience in a similar role.Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment administration or a related field.Previous experience using HRIS / Application Tracking Systems is highly desirable.Demonstrated experience in conducting phone screens and reference checks.Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proactive and solution-focused mindset, with the ability to identify and address challenges efficiently.What's on offer: We are offering an attractive remuneration from $80,284 to $88,414 plus 11.5% superannuation.
