Our Talent Acquisition Coordinator role is at the heart of sourcing the best talent into our business and positioning our brand as a best employer.
You'll live and breathe all things talent; focusing on sourcing and recruiting technical and non-technical talent across our business.  We're looking for a go-getter who is passionate about people.
Someone who can bring new ideas and innovate solutions to deliver the best business outcomes and candidate experiences.
You will have exceptional time management and organisation skills in a broad IT environment.
You have a natural curiosity to learn and try new things, you'll partner in our team and drive our Talent Acquisition strategy to successful outcomes.  Requirements What you'll be doing: Identify, source and attract top talent using various sourcing channels including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
Actively headhunt passive candidates and generate pipelines of candidates for current and future roles  Screen and assess candidates against documented job description to ensure they meet the necessary skills and experience required for the role.
Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling, testing, coordinating and conducting interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment plans that create robust talent pools.
Act as a brand ambassador for CT by promoting our culture and values to potential candidates.
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, universities and other talent acquisition channels.
Coach hiring teams on recruitment strategies to ensure strong hiring decisions.
Continuously evaluate and execute projects to improve recruitment practices and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Attend relevant internal and external recruitment training/workshops and share your knowledge.
What you'll bring: Relevant experience in a talent acquisition role, ideally in a fast paced technology environment.
A passion for talent acquisition and identifying active and passive candidates.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and procedures.
Excellent communication and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience using applicant tracking systems to manage and coordinate recruitment processes.
Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
