We're seeking a passionate and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic team at DBG Health. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our recruitment efforts helping us find the top talent to fuel our growth.
Role & Responsibilities: Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates for our support office roles across Australia, with a view to future US & UKUtilizing a variety of sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates, including online job boards, social media, and our applicant tracking system.Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate interviews to assess fit for the position.Shortlisting qualified candidates and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.Providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including offer preparation and onboarding coordination.Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports. 08th June, 2024 About DBG Health:
