We are currently seeking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator within the Talent Acquisition team to be based in our Brisbane office for a 6 month contract.
This role will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the recruitment processes; coordinating processes for new starters to the company; providing support for systems and processes on HR projects and coordinating payroll requirements.
Key accountabilities
Maintaining and updating employee records to support the recruitment selection process; Support TA Advisors with the processing of new employee onboarding and current employee change of conditions; Coordinate and assist in the induction program; Liaise with hiring managers in relation to advertising requirements; Assist with the issuing of employment contracts and letters; Monitor Group Mailbox and respond to enquiries from employees and hiring managers; Participate in a range of HR Projects and tasks requiring HR involvement and expertise; Ensure 100% data integrity of HR Information systems. About you
Relevant qualifications (e.g. HR Management/Systems) at Diploma or Certificate IV level, and 1-2 years' experience in a human resources role; High level attention to detail and accuracy; Well developed and effective written communication and interpersonal skills; Strong computer skills, particularly using Excel and PowerPoint. Previous Workday and/or Springboard use and experience is an advantage; Ability to prioritise work and operate within tight deadlines; Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality; Excellent time management and organisational skills; Ability to work autonomously and collaborate as part of a team; Flexible and adaptable in a busy environment; Must be pro-active in identifying risk, problem solving and process improvement. This position is eligible for a referral bonus for Boeing employees.
