Job Description Harrier is thrilled to be partnering with one of Australia and New Zealand's best known retailers with four amazing brands and over 700 stores. We arelooking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join Harrier to support our high performing talent team, based onsite at our RPO customer. The onsite Harrier talent team are passionate, driven and work together to ensure the delivery of a seamless, high touch talent acquisition (TA) process, with exceptional candidate care and customer focus.
Our Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be based at our customer's Brisbane office up to three times a week, supporting, collaborating and working with the rest of our team in TA and project administration and coordination, as well as ad-hoc requirements such as reporting, database maintenance and candidate care. You will become a subject matter expert in our systems and processes, manage all background checks/testing, compliance, contract generation, and onboarding as well as managing candidate/stakeholder queries in a fast paced and dynamic environment. An opportunity to get involved in continuous improvement initiatives as well as other ad-hoc recruitment projects will also be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Prior experience operating as an end-to-endTalent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruitment Coordinator in a fast paced recruitment or HR function. Prior experience within the Retail industry would be advantageous The ability to work with urgency in a complex environment, managing conflicting priorities and deadlines,whilst communicating effectively andmaintaining a kind nature toward stakeholders and candidates Effective management of candidatesthrough the offer process with a focus on providing the highest levelcandidate experience Maintain and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels of the business and instilconfidence Work collaboratively yet autonomously and demonstrate initiative and aproblem-solving attitude Possess excellent attention to detail in all administrative duties such as pre-employment checks and contract generation, reporting and onboarding.
