05th April, 2023About the role Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, this is an awesome opportunity to join Godfreys People&Culture team.
This is a junior role in which your line manager will support and mentor you to manage a large portion of recruitment within the business.
Be a part of fun projects during an exciting time to help achieve positive change within our culture, you will be an integral player in our wider talent strategy!Draft and advertise all new positions across relevant job boards Schedule interviews for Hiring Managers across the business as requested Support the coordination and facilitation of high-volume recruitment drives Participate in online webinars and relevant recruitment training to ensure you are up to date with retail recruitment industry trendsPrepare and issue appropriate employment documentation and variations as required Action and manage all police check for new starters Process psychometric testing for potential candidates as requested Actively update and maintain Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data integrity Management of automated reference checking systemAssist with shortlisting and screening as needed by Hiring Manager Prepare data for fortnightly and monthly recruitment reporting for the Executive Leadership Team.
