Job Description Drive talent acquisition strategies within the not-for-profit sector.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and objectives.Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels.Conduct initial screening and interviews of potential candidates.Facilitate and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the not-for-profit industry and employment trends.Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Assist in other HR related duties as required.The Successful Applicant A successful Talent Acquisition Consultant should have:
