You will be instrumental in supporting high volume recruitment activities for roles such as Personal Carers, Home Care Workers, and Registered Nurses across TSAAC and Salvos Home Care nationally, and some management recruitment within your allocated portfolio.
You will also work on some exciting projects (e.g.
job fairs, career expos, marketing initiatives) and work with the HR team on policies, procedures, templates and other documents.This 4 days a week, hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home and our head office in Redfern, with occasional travel to meet and collaborate with our dedicated aged care leaders.Key Responsibilities:Support high volume recruitment drives and organise bulk recruitment days.Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders (e.g.
scheduling) to understand recruitment needs and execute effective recruitment strategies.Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and industry partners to build a robust candidate pipeline.Utilise recruitment data to help shape strategic decisions and improve recruitment processes.ABOUT YOUWe are looking for someone passionate about recruitment and eager to develop their skills further, particularly in a high-volume environment.
Your background may include recruitment in retail or hospitality, where you've gained experience with rosters and fast-paced hiring needs.
