JLL Talent Acquisition Team is seeking an energetic, driven and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Consultant. This is a junior/ entry level role, and you will be able to operate in a fast paced, high-volume environment and love the thrill of securing world class talent for our clients and stakeholders.Your mandate will include managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for positions across the Property & Real Estate sector. Given the tremendous scale, scope and diversity of our Markets, Property Management and Corporate Functions business lines, you'll obtain great exposure across many of our high-profile clients and portfolios.A crucial facet includes building and leveraging key stakeholder relationships, whilst developing and taking to market strategic and proactive sourcing strategies. You can identify and attract talent in an increasingly difficult market, with the capacity to manage your assigned volume of open job requisitions.Other duties include.Partnering with Hiring Managers to determine hiring plans and executing the best sourcing strategyCompliance with our recruitment approval processesDeveloping sourcing plans aimed at attracting both large volumes of candidates and also individual specialistsApplying a range of recruitment techniques and active approaches to engage with the candidate marketEffectively communicating the JLL brand, what we do, our culture and environmentGetting to know your assigned role types, reviewing resumes, completing initial phone screens, making recommendations on candidates, arranging interviews, negotiating offers, issuing contracts of employmentLearning and utilising our TA tech stack. Workday, hireEZ, HiredScore, ensuring data integrity, reporting, candidate communications remain consistentMeeting all monthly TA KPI'sChampion automation of AI initiatives and speed up ways of workingBefore you apply it's also worth knowing what we are looking for.You may have qualifications in HR or have been working in a TA support role within a recruiting agency environment and are now ready to break into your first internal role. A superior client service orientation, with the ability to build strong relationships and engage across all levels of the organisation will be critical to your success. Attention to detail, communication (verbal and written) with the capacity to pick up systems and technology will be paramount.
