The Position PLEASE NOTE this is a permanent full-time role – Flexible working conditions based in our Melbourne CBD office. Working within a professional and experienced talent team, you will have a direct input into growing Terra Firma by successfully recruiting new employees into the organisation. You will provide an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience whilst managing recruitment campaigns and undertaking strategic sourcing for immediate requirements in line with Industry and our client needs.
Key Responsibilities include: Working closely with our Industry (Account) Managers and other Terra Firma employees to learn and understand Terra Firma and our clients' businesses and their requirements.Identify, develop and maintain a qualified, quality pipeline of candidates.Proactively conduct searches of the candidate database (Salesforce), Seek Talent, LinkedIn Recruiter, and own network and employee referrals.Develop job descriptions, candidate specifications, and behavioural interview guides.Develop and place job advertisements for specific business and client requirements.Phone screen, interview, and negotiate salaries with candidates ensuring a seamless, engaging, and high-quality candidate experience.Conduct candidate reference checks.Understand skills and experience of existing/upcoming consultants and match them with upcoming opportunities.The Ideal Candidate An enthusiastic, proactive, and energetic talent specialist and team player who understands the importance of their role and the value of Talent Acquisition to an organisation.Has a proven track record and passion for IT recruitment (ideally including BAs, PMs, Change Managers, SCRUM Masters, and Architects) and the ability to confidently deliver expert advice to our candidates, consultants, and Industry (Account) Managers.Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent, and internal ATSs.Relishes a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and priorities.Exceptional attention to detail and an ability to elicit and record critical and confidential candidate information.Consulting organisation experience highly regarded.Why Work for Us?
