Your Role as a Talent Acquisition Consultant: Campaign Leader: Design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to build and maintain a talent pipeline for our growing client base. Partner closely with internal teams to understand client needs and tailor campaigns to attract top talent. Leverage your recruitment agency experience and results-driven mindset to meet and exceed KPIs. Acquisition Expert: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, with a high volume of contingent roles. Conduct daily interviews, with a focus on hiring high-quality Weployees and exceptional relationship-building. Consult & instil confidence in our clients, whether it be through exceptional shortlisting, briefing calls, general catch ups or issue management. Guide Weployee's through the recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish. Community Builder: Cultivate and expand our community of skilled Weployees by fostering strong, lasting relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to align talent needs with client expectations, helping to shape our community's future. Act as a brand ambassador, contributing to the growth and expansion of our Weployee community.
