We're on the lookout for a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our in-house team on an initial 6 month fixed-term contract. About the RoleAs a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic temporary workforce and delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients. You will build strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure smooth and effective placement processes while maintaining high levels of satisfaction and operational efficiency. This is a high-impact position where you'll be managing volume temporary staffing needs while building strong relationships with stakeholders across both the business and our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their temporary staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions.Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional follow-up.Proactively identify new business opportunities and work to expand the client portfolio with our business development team.Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for future opportunities, utilising our current pool of employees.What You'll Bring: Proven experience in recruitment from in-house or agency, preferably managing a pool of temporary employees.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.Proficiency in sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems.A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering results.Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.A passion for fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.What's in it for You?
