Proactively searching for best of breed nursing talent across all social and networking platforms and job boards.Building a talent pool of qualified nurses for temporary roles.Continuously generating, maintaining, and sharing a suite of high-quality reports that evidence activity and results.Coordinating interviews, credential checks, and compliance processes.Contributing to process improvement initiatives.Serco is a place for you To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Recent experience in high-volume temporary healthcare recruitment.A clinical background ideally in nursing and the ability to have complex conversations about Award rates and specialisations.Knowledge of nursing roles, healthcare operations, or clinical recruitment.A data-driven orientation – you base decisions on data and share self-generated data to influence others.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.The ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet placement targets.A proactive, solution-focused approach with high attention to detail.As a fast-growing, global company, Serco's services span Justice, Immigration, Defence, Space, Customer Services, Health, and Urban Mobility.
