Job Description As our on-site Harrier Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will:
Drive the talent agenda and deliver exceptional talent for all Corporate and Technical Project roles across our customer's mining operations. Provide end-to-end TA service, including proactive attraction and selection of talent for a variety of corporate and technical roles. Support leaders with expertise, market insights, and attraction strategies. Deliver a holistic, engaging, and efficient talent process to candidates and hiring managers. Manage projects to improve talent attraction outcomes, including reviewing recruitment processes, enhancing diversity and inclusion, and optimising talent technology. Work flexibly, with the ability to be present 2-3 days at our customer's Head Office close to Perth CBD. This role is initially offered on a 6-month contract basis, with potential for longer-term opportunities.
Qualifications Capabilities that will set you up for success Previous end-to-end talent acquisition experience within a Corporate and Technical recruitment setting - ideally in mining and resources, oil and gas operations. Fluid and proactive approach to communicating and engaging a wide range of stakeholders, providing counsel and insights, as well as project-critical updates. Proactive sourcing and talent attraction; knowing what channels to utilise and how to engage and nurture talent. Talent pool creation management and optimisation; demonstrating an understanding of the candidate market and aligning talent for future opportunities. A practical focus on continuous improvement and innovative process solutions. Excellent ability in building and maintaining strong relationships to engage stakeholders and candidates with a versatile and adaptive communication style to articulate messaging in the most appropriate and effective forum.
