About the role As our new Talent Acquisition Business Partner (multiple 12-month fixed term contracts available), you are integral to the success of V/Line's People, Risk, Safety & Sustainability Group. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you'll join a team of trusted Talent Advisors who live & breathe customer centricity – at the core, they bring pride, passion and personality!
We are seeking experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partners to join our (soon-to-be award/s winning!) team. In this role, you will partner with the business to lead impressionable talent acquisition strategies & experiences that deliver on our organisation's people strategy. You will manage the talent lifecycle for our hiring managers & candidates, working collaboratively with the broader Talent & People teams in delivery of seamless, high-quality solutions leveraging contemporary & best-practice recruitment and selection methodology.
About you We are open to expertise across a number of verticals including Professional, Senior Manager, Technical, High-Volume, Trades & Customer Experience hiring. Coupled with this experience you'll bring:
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition practices, industry trends, and requirements standards. Excellent written communication & interpersonal skills and internal stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated alignment to V/Line's values of responsiveness, integrity, impartiality, accountability, respect, leadership and human rights.
