We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner with experience in clinical recruitment within the dental sector to join our team.
You'll play a vital role in attracting and engaging top dental professionals across the country, supporting our continued growth.
About the Role:
As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will:
Recruit dental professionals : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, reference checks, and offer management.
Collaborate with stakeholders : Work closely with practice managers, HR, and leadership to understand hiring needs and find the right talent.
Streamline processes : Contribute to improving recruitment strategies and workflows for maximum efficiency.
Deliver candidate care : Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
About You:
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years of recruitment experience , ideally within the dental or healthcare sector.
A strong understanding of clinical recruitment in large dental support organizations.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with professionals at all levels.
Proven relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach to working with teams.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle competing priorities.
A passion for finding the best talent and delivering outstanding candidate care.
