HR Partners is excited to be partnering exclusively with a reputable international retail organisation whose values are deeply rooted in prioritising their customers. The organisation is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Data Specialist for their team in Sydney in this full-time permanent position. This is a well-regarded role within the firm and is reporting into the Head of People & Culture, where you will be a key member of a supportive innovative HR team.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the recruitment process for all retail positions, managing tasks such as sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.Partner with hiring managers to ensure candidates meet job qualifications and align with the company culture.Gather, evaluate, and present essential HR metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, sourcing effectiveness, turnover rates, and employee engagement patterns.Collaborate with the P&C team to utilise data for strategic workforce planning, pinpointing opportunities for improvement, and implementing retention strategies.Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition ideally within a retail setting.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Excellent communications skills and strong attention to detail.If this sounds like you, click apply now or email Ciara Goggin at ****** with your latest CV.
