The Situation:

As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced recruiters and gain exposure to various aspects of the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to determine if they are a good fit for our company culture and values. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job postings that accurately reflect those needs Requirements: Proven experience as a recruiter, with a track record of successfully filling open positions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices.
