THE OPPORTUNITYThis role gives you the opportunity to draw on all your previous recruitment and talent experience whilst also gaining unique exposure to over 50 different businesses and a handful of industries across Australia.The Talent Acquisition Advisor will be a true advisor to our clients and will provide trusted, authentic, efficient and valuable recruitment assistance and expertise. You will go the extra mile to find the right candidates for SME businesses and report directly into the two Directors.This role is not, and never will be, transactional in nature- you will have lasting connections with clients and a long-term investment in the success of the candidates you place.Recruitment Responsibilities: Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients. Form, maintain and prioritise strong relationships with clients. Build a connection from the job brief meeting and throughout. Draft job descriptions and job ads, post online to relevant job boards and monitor applications. Complete phone screen and reference check tasks to a high standard and in order to unearth quality candidates for our clients. Manage the Partale and Partale Talent LinkedIn recruiter seat and execute talent searches for our clients in partnership with the Senior Consultant or Lead Advisor. Screen applications and find out key candidate information such as role and salary expectations. Check working rights and visa information. Be responsible for maintaining and updating our ATS, Workable. Capture key data and insights from our recruitment activity to assist us in growing and scaling our business. Assist with interview scheduling across the business and client portfolios. Collaborate with the HR Associate to track probation periods, monitor the success of the candidate and check in with the new hire to keep the relationship strong. Assist the HR Associate to initiate and track background check processes. Talent Management Responsibilities: Coach managers through the recruitment process and use a host of tools, research and software to educate them on salary ranges, candidate capabilities and market expectations. Partner with the Client Lead to ensure clients have access to market mapping products, candidate assessment tools, succession planning sessions, resourcing strategy days and benchmarking data. Set up key talent and recruitment metrics to capture our businesses success with time to fill, placements, InMail acceptance reports, search placements, pipeline management and diversity goals. Lead wider education initiatives with the rest of the Partale and Partale Talent team and consider how we can upskill and coach our managers and people leaders in different businesses. Collaborate with clients and your colleagues on any project work that is in progress. Assist with note taking, problem solving, facilitating discussions, offboarding and onboarding processes. Assist with general operations and administrative tasks involved in running the business. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDIdeally, you have worked across a blend of industries, or have a strong interest in doing so (financial services is a priority industry). You thrive in building relationships and working collaboratively with clients to understand their talent and recruitment needs. You are a strong communicator, whether in a client meeting or a job brief! You have a high attention to detail and manage your workload efficiently to meet client and business targets consistently.Must haves: Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition. Sound knowledge of related legislation related to best practice and lawful recruitment processes. Capability and confidence in Microsoft Office, as well as willingness to learn new technology platforms. Any knowledge of visa and migration law would be highly desirable. Strong writing skills and ability to assist with report writing, candidate summaries and job adverts. Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter experience and ability to best optimise the product (including Boolean search, talent pool, InMail) is essential. SEEK Premium talent insights search experience.
