The Opportunity As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top talent for our current recruitment needs and cultivating a pipeline of best-in-class talent for future requirements.
To enable us to deliver our winning ambitions and bring Suntory Oceania to life, you will work on projects to activate our Data-led Recruitment Strategy, Employer Brand, and Optimization of our Recruitment Lifecycle to ensure we are a future fit.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity.

Partner closely with Senior Talent Partner, Hiring Managers, and key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process.
Add value through the delivery of strategic talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
Candidate management from sourcing and screening to interviewing candidates to ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements.
Intellectual curiosity, complimented with the courage to challenge and question for a better people outcome.
Experience in developing and cultivating talent pipelines and communities for a range of positions at varying levels.
