This full or part-time role will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will work as part of a supportive TA team. This role is based in the head office in Dingley and is a hybrid WFH/Office role.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and Outreach:
Identify and source potential GPs and other healthcare professionals through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, databases, and direct outreach.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Reach out to medical clinics and healthcare facilities to identify potential candidates.
Screening and Engagement:
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and interest in the position.
Provide detailed information about the company, the role, and the benefits of joining our team.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Head of Recruitment and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and candidate pipeline.
Compliance and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies.
About You

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Consultantor similar role
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the role of General Practitioners.
Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and evaluation
Familiarity with job boards, resume databases, and ATS's
Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates
Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
Well-developed organisational skills with initiative and the ability to work under limited supervision while prioritising and planning workflow to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and liaise tactfully and confidentially with people at all levels
Strong decision-making skills
