The ALPA recruitment team is growing and we have a newly created Talent Acquisition Advisor role available in our team for a 12-month FTC.
This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on remote, Indigenous communities and be a part of a values-based organisation.
This role will be based in Darwin and support the candidate management process throughout the employment life cycle, including end-to-end recruitment and selection.
You will work closely with our hiring managers to address and anticipate their recruitment needs.
You would be part of a team that consistently delivers for a wide range of stakeholders and we would be here to support you every step of the way!
This position is based onsite in Darwin.
Relocation arrangements can be made if applying from interstate & successful for the role. Responsibilities: Lead high volume, end-to-end recruitment activity including strategy, screening, assessment, selection, and contract negotiation.Provide high-level candidate care and hiring manager guidance throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.Provide telephone, email, interview attendance, interview preparation, and other related support to your respective portfolio of open vacancies. What we are looking for… A minimum of 3 years of experience in an internal recruitment role, managing end-to-end recruitment.Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment and working in a fast-paced environment.Strong sense of urgency.Previous experience using a recruitment database (Applicant Tracking System).Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, with knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).Demonstrated experience effectively business partnering with hiring managers to address their recruitment needs.Experience providing high-level candidate care and hiring manager guidance throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
