Activities include: retail stores, accommodation and hospitality in partnership with local families, training and employment services through the CDP program, construction, mechanical workshops and homelands service delivery.
Your new role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and working within the People and Culture team, you will provide end to end recruitment support by facilitating the recruitment process, advising hiring managers on hiring decisions and best practice recruitment, prospecting potential candidates, building candidate network for future hiring needs, and supporting the onboarding process.
Leading high volume, end-to-end Recruitment activity Provide high-level candidate care and hiring manager guidance throughout the recruitment process Provide telephone, email, interview attendance, interview preparation, and other related support to your portfolio of vacancies Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline by building relationships with potential candidates or external providers In conjunction with your manager, support and implement specialised functions such as systems, process improvement, recruitment branding, insights and analytics Complete all routine recruitment-related activities following established processes and policies Undertake administrative duties using MS Office products, JobAdder, Employment Hero and D365 What you'll need to succeed Minimum 3 years of experience in internal recruitment role and managing end-to-end recruitment Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment and working in a fast-paced environment Previous experience using a recruitment database (Applicant Tracking System) Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) Demonstrated experience effectively partnering with hiring managers to address their recruitment needs Experience providing high level candidate care and hiring manager guidance throughout the recruitment and onboarding process Ability to forecast and anticipate for future hiring needs Highly effective interpersonal skills including proficient written and oral communication skills What you need to do now
