What you'll do: Lead recruitment across diverse roles and business areas.Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, providing guidance on best practices and strategies.Continuously improve recruitment processes, from sourcing to advertising, to attract top talent.Track recruitment progress, ensuring timely and effective outcomes with Hiring Managers.Assist with visa sponsorship, supporting both Hiring Managers and candidates.Guide and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
What we're looking for:Degree qualification in Human Resources or a related field.Experience in end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced environment, ideally in the not-for-profit sector.A collaborative approach with the ability to build rapport and coach Hiring Managers on best practice recruitment.Passionate about contributing to a cause-driven organisation with a faith-based mission.A proactive, resourceful mindset, with the ability to find innovative recruitment solutions and continuously improve processes.Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Experience with visa sponsorship processes (desirable, but not essential).
