You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and build a robust talent pipeline. Your exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills will be critical in identifying and engaging exceptional candidates who align with our values and objectives.Additionally, the role will:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements.Utilise various sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, phone interviews, assessment centres and in-person/remote interviews.Manage the entire recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback collection, reference checks, and offer negotiations.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the overall recruitment process, implement recruitment tools, and improve efficiency.About YouYou will have completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Advisor or similar role, with a solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.Your strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media platforms, professional networks, and online job portals, as well as proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software will ensure you have the foundations required to achieve great success.Additionally, you will have:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.We offer a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values integrity, accountability, innovation, and delivery.
