Job Description Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a newly created stand alone position. Responsibilities include;
Manage and advise on end-to-end recruitment from processing applications, conducting interviews and reference checks to offer negotiation.Develop engaging job advertisements that reflect the brand and attract high quality applicants.Work collaboratively to draft position descriptions aiming to accurately represent role requirements.Coordinate with external recruitment agencies to negotiate fees, and support recruitment processes.Proactively source talent through platforms such as LinkedIn and Seek Talent search. The Successful Applicant The successful applicant will have a track record recruiting a corporate portfolio either from an agency or an in house recruitment function.
Tertiary qualifications in a HR or business-related field.Ability to source and attract high-quality talent.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing strategic talent solutions.
