The role will work closely with jurisdictions to plan, coordinate and deliver programs that meet the operational needs of the Courts Group with a strong emphasis on candidate care and talent pipeline management.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, with the confidence to influence and negotiate optimum recruitment outcomes.Liaise with and provide advice and guidance to HR Strategic Partners, line managers, hiring managers and candidates on a range of recruitment queries in a timely manner.Lead end-to-end recruitment for bulk roles, including developing and reviewing position descriptions, providing advice on best practice advertising and ensuring approvals processes and procedures are followed by the Talent Acquisition team.Assist and support the Talent Acquisition team and the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, in process improvement activities, including the preparation of reports on monthly recruitment activity, projects and ad-hoc duties as required.About YouDemonstrated success in leading recruitment campaigns or managing high volume recruitment, with the ability to project manage end-to-end recruitment activities.Knowledge of contemporary attraction and recruitment practices and an innovative approach to recruitment activities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.High level interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and candidates to influence outcomes.A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or working towards) or equivalent experience (desirable).How to applyJoin us at Courts Group and help shape the future of our team!Click the apply now button ensuring you include the following in your application:ResumeA cover letter (no more than 1 page)Other informationCSV is the employer of staff at Courts Group.
