About Us Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal.
About the Role The Talent Acquisition Advisor (Bulk Recruitment) will oversee the full recruitment process for Courts Services Group, focusing on sourcing and selection strategies for all bulk recruitment campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, influencing and negotiating optimum recruitment outcomes.Liaise with and provide advice to HR Strategic Partners, line managers, hiring managers, and candidates on recruitment queries.Lead end-to-end recruitment for bulk roles, including developing position descriptions and ensuring approval processes are followed.Assist the Talent Acquisition team in process improvement activities, including preparing reports on recruitment activity.About You Demonstrated success in leading recruitment campaigns or managing high volume recruitment.Knowledge of contemporary attraction and recruitment practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High level interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships.A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience (desirable).How to Apply Join us at Courts Group and help shape the future of our team!
