HE05 77,409 - $86,072 + 17% superannuation, Full-time Fixed Term until 31 December 2024 We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our team. Our goal is for the University of Adelaide to be a Magnet for Talent; and this role is an important contributor in us working together to achieve that.
Based in the CBD, our Talent Acquisition Team partners with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels across our many academic, research & professional specialist areas in recruiting for the University of Adelaide. Where else can you be part of a dynamic talent acquisition team recruiting for roles as diverse as Veterinary Nurses, Financial Accountants, Cancer Researchers, Lecturers, Institute Directors, to give you just a few examples. In the role of the Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will be involved in supporting the efficient recruitment of these diverse roles. You will engage with activities such as
Managing talent acquisition InboxStakeholder support for talent acquisition toolsTA Team compliance and administration reporting and record keepingLiaising with stakeholders to coordinate interviews with candidates and ensuring meetings rooms are booked.Conducting reference checksCo-ordinating travel Bookings for interstate and overseas candidates as required to attend interviews.In collaboration with the talent acquisition team, assist in establishing and maintaining candidate Talent Pools for identified key roles/skillsetsProvide support in relation to talent acquisition projectsMake recommendations and implement process improvement activitiesTo be successful you will need: High-level organisational and administrative skills including the ability to prioritise and manage workload.Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently, exercise judgement and use initiative.Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.Experience working within a Talent Acquisition environment (Desirable)What makes a career at the University of Adelaide truly rewarding The University of Adelaide is a uniquely rewarding workplace.
