About the Opportunity
Due to an internal promotion, WesTrac is seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our Talent Acquisition Team. Based from our Tomago Head Office and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role provides administrative support to a medium-sized team and is a key touch point for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
This role will support day-to-day recruitment activities whilst also playing a key role in bulk recruitment projects including international recruitment drives and apprentice and graduate campaigns.
While experience in an administrative or coordination role is desirable, applications from candidates with limited experience who have a genuine interest in talent acquisition will be considered.
